The award ceremony of the second edition of the Italian Reputation Award will be held on January 18, 2025 at 5.00pm at the’Italian Cultural Institute of New York. This important award is given to personalities who have distinguished themselves for their constant and innovative efforts in various fields, contributing to the promotion of Italy in the world and the strengthening of its brand globally.
The’Italian Reputation Award is the result of a collaboration between the’Italian Cultural Institute of New York, directed by Fabio Finotti, Reputation Research, led by Davide Ippolito, and the foundation IARL – Italia America Reputation Lab, with the aim of enhancing the cultural impact of Italians who, through their work, contribute to growing the reputation of the Belpaese in the world.
The event will be moderated by journalist Cristiana Mancini of SkyTG24 and broadcast live from 11 p.m. Italian time on ilNewyorkese TV and streamed on the Institute’s Youtube channel.
The awardees of the second edition of the Italian Reputation Award are: Monsignor Dario Edoardo Viganò, Annamaria Colao, Emiliano Ponzi, Matteo Zuretti, Virgilio Sacchini, Pasquale Punzo, Alfonso Cerullo, Alessio Sansò and Mario Calvo-Platero.The awardees will receive the Reputation Award, a commemorative medal designed by master artist Marco De Luca.
The Deputy Secretary General of Italians Abroad Silvana Mangione, the Hon. Christian Di Sanzo, Deputy of the Republic elected in the North and Central American Repartition, Michael Cascianelli, dean of the School of Italy, Carmine Spatolisano,Ceo of Telejnform, Pasquale Riccio, President of Progetto Alfa, Don Luigi Portarulo, Pastor of St. Patrick Church New York, Federico Vezzaro, artist, and Antonella Gramigna, journalist for ilNewyorkese.
The event will be accompanied by the notes of blues star Davide Pannozzo in a duet with Etienne Stadwijk.
