ROME (ITALPRESS) – The new Board of Directors of ITA Airways, appointed by the ordinary shareholders’ meeting held on Jan. 15, met today, giving effect to the agreements signed in June 2023 and the new corporate governance. The BoD, confirming the directions provided by the shareholders’ meeting, appointed Sandro Pappalardo as chairman and Joerg Eberhart as CEO.
