Registration officially open for Lancia Trophy in rallies

TURIN (ITALPRESS) – Lancia’s return to the world of rallying is proceeding at a rapid pace. The Sporting Regulations of the long-awaited Lancia Trophy, currently undergoing final approval by ACI Sport, is now available to the public along with the entry form for the Turin-based company’s one-make event dedicated to the new Ypsilon Rally4 HF, already a consecrated best seller with more than 80 units sold in just three months. With a staggering prize money, the value of which touches 360,000 euros, the Lancia Trophy promises to be one of the richest on the national scene and offers the chance to win a place in the official Lancia Corse HF team in the next season of the FIA ERC, if an Under 35 driver wins the title. The 6 rallies on the program, spread over 5 events, will distribute points to all those who finish the race with a scale that rewards the top 20 competitors the most. Adding to the spectacle are three new challenges within each race: Best Performer, Miki Stage and Rally+, which will distribute bonus points and further ignite the competition. The cost of Full Season entry is 2,500 euros, but there are also options for those who will only participate in some of the 6 races on the calendar. Epicenter of Lancia passion inside the service parks will be the “Lancia Corse HF Village,” the real beating heart of each race of the Trophy.
The 2025 season will follow the stages of the CIAR starting on May 9, when the Rally Targa Florio will get underway, and will continue a fortnight later at the Rally Due Valli. July will see the important event of the Rally di Roma Capitale, also valid for the European Championship. The Capitoline event will be divided into two races for the Trofeo, allowing teams and drivers to optimize travel costs and aim for the double prize money: the first leg will count as Round 3, while the second leg will count as Round 4. After the summer break, the Lancia Trophy will be on stage at the Rally del Lazio, before the grand finale at the legendary Rallye di Sanremo. Before the official start of the Trophy, Lancia Corse HF will be present at the Rally Regione Piemonte with its entire structure and hospitality, in an event that underlines the strong bond between Lancia and the Piedmont region and will thus become a symbolic prelude to a season that promises to be decidedly rich and interesting. The delivery of the new Lancia Ypsilon Rally4 HFs will begin in March and, at the same time, the Technical Regulations will also be released.
