BANGKOK (THAILAND) (ITALPRESS) – On February 12 and 13 the Buriram tests, on March 2 the first Gp, in Thailand, which will open the curtain of a long season that will end on November 17 in Valencia, Spain. It is already time, then, for the MotoGP and it was Bangkok that hosted, for the first time all together, riders and teams ahead of the new season. A show-passerelle that thrilled local fans and in fact brought the two-wheel circus back to the front row, with new protagonists and ‘old’ certainties. Among them, the challenge for the title between Jorge Martin, who has meanwhile switched to Aprilia, and Francesco ‘Peccò Bagnaia, a faithful Ducatista who in this 2025 will also have to reckon with a new stablemate, the multi-time champion Marc Marques. Martin is obviously absent after surgery on his right hand, an unwelcome gift from the Sepang tests that left much bitterness in the Spaniard. “Hello Bangkok and hello to all the fans – the message of the world champion entrusted in a video – Unfortunately I cannot be there and I am very sorry. I am trying to recover as fast as possible to be ready for the first race in Thailand. See you soon.” A message that has precisely in Bagnaia the main recipient, to rekindle a rivalry, moreover sporting, never dormant. “I am impressed by this event because it seems like everyone is having a great time. We are close to the fans, who are unbelievable – the words of the Turin vice-rider, who ceded the scepter to Martin after two titles in a row – After the Sepang test I am 100 percent ready. We are waiting for the Buriram test where we have to make some decisions, improving a bike that is already fantastic is always complicated.” At his side is a Marc Marquez who has no intention of playing second fiddle to him, as is in his character that is not always easy to handle. “A greeting to all the Thai fans, it is wonderful to be at this event, I see you more and more passionate. We were lucky to have a sport like MotoGP, which is very important in every nation, and it will be great to have the inaugural race here. I remember the circuit very well, I like Buriram.
