Marco Travaini new marketing director for Vaillant Group Italy

MILAN (ITALPRESS) – Vaillant Group Italia announces the appointment of Marco Travaini as Marketing Director. In his new role, Travaini will be responsible for the Vaillant and Hermann Saunier Duval brands and will be tasked with defining and strengthening the Group’s marketing strategies, consolidating its leadership in the heating and air conditioning sector and accelerating the transition to sustainable technologies, with a particular focus on heat pumps and the premium positioning of the Vaillant brand.Travaini, born in ’82, has solid experience in digital marketing and technological transformation. After a debut as a consultant for Microsoft-where he acquired expertise in the still fledgling digital sector and developed a results-oriented mindset that has guided his career path-he gained experience in publishing and advertising at Gruner+Jahr Mondadori, specializing in monetization and performance marketing projects.Joining Vaillant Group Italia in 2016 as Head of Digital Marketing, he led the development of innovative digital strategies, contributing to the creation of Vaillant Premium, a new digital service to put customers in immediate contact with a selected and qualified team of professionals, now the Group’s international best practice. Over the years, he has taken on an increasingly strategic role, establishing himself as an expert at the international level and a point of reference for the Group, fostering Vaillant’s evolution into a Heat Pump Company through the integration of digital technologies and new services.In his new position, Travaini leads an interdisciplinary team of 20 people, adopting a delegation-based approach to leadership to foster a management model in which people have greater autonomy and responsibility for strategic decisions.
