Iraq, emergency room inaugurated at GSD Al Najaf teaching hospital

MILAN (ITALPRESS) – Under the leadership of President Kamel Ghribi, a delegation from GKSD-GSD concluded its mission to Iraq to inaugurate the emergency room at GSD Al Najaf teaching Hospital, one of two hospitals run by the health group in Iraq.
The efforts made by Kamel Ghribi have paid off and the inauguration of the emergency room in the presence of the Ambassador of Italy Niccolò Fontana, along with leading representatives of Iraqi institutions, “makes clear the idea of how strong and effective the institutional collaboration has been in achieving this goal,” a note explains. The GKSD- GSD Group succeeded in establishing a model of partnership with the public sector that was not expected to find acceptance among government stakeholders and the people, and this represents a challenge met in a country of great potential.”
The goal guiding the initiative is to ensure excellent care and a high standard of care so as to provide a healthcare experience that always puts the patient at the center.

“I am a great believer in health diplomacy and the key to success,” Ghribi commented at the end of the mission in Iraq, “has been the open vision and innovative capacity of the Iraqi government together with our confidence in the development of this great country and the prospects that await it.We hope to also become trailblazers and outriders for other large Italian companies that have the same commitment as we do because there are so many sectors on which Italian entrepreneurial capacity can find important satisfaction in Iraq, creating value for companies and for this country: from energy to infrastructure and large-scale distribution, the Italy brand here is an assurance of expertise and quality.”
