ROME (ITALPRESS) — Britain and France are working together to develop a plan to end the fighting in Ukraine. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer told the BBC.
“The UK, along with France and perhaps one or two others, will work with Ukraine on a plan to end the fighting, and then we will discuss it with the United States,” Starmer explained.
