“The numbers speak for themselves: women’s employment has reached an all-time high, exceeding ten million working women,” the premier stressed. “This is an important achievement, but we know that much remains to be done for full equality in every sphere. Women no longer have to choose between career and private life. Equality means ensuring that all women have the conditions to fully realize themselves, without sacrificing either work or family life. We will continue to work to create the opportunities that allow every woman to reach her full potential, without limits or barriers.”
