MODENA (ITALPRESS) – Maserati unveils the first steps of a new collaboration with historic design brand Giorgetti at Milan Design Week 2025, the international design event that attracts an extremely cosmopolitan and diverse audience to Milan each year.
The union of these two symbols of Made in Italy, the perfect combination of timeless elegance and technological innovation, has resulted in an interior design collection and a special one-off car, created thanks to the Maserati Fuoriserie personalization program. This all-Italian partnership is the result of shared values: meticulous attention to detail, the pursuit of perfection and the desire to offer unique experiences.
Both companies embody the Italian concept of “beauty and craftsmanship” and appeal to a refined and sophisticated audience that demands uncompromising quality. Together, the two standard bearers of Made in Italy have decided to inaugurate a dialogue in a quest for mutual inspiration, paving the way for unprecedented challenges and creative paths.
“On the strength of its 110-year history, Maserati has always been synonymous with Italian luxury, just like Giorgetti. This partnership makes us extremely proud: it is a fine example of elegance and excellence, infused in every design detail and technological solution. The collaboration with Giorgetti fits perfectly into our vision of becoming true custodians of ‘Made in Italy,’ creating bonds and emotions and telling our stories of innovation, tradition, quality and exclusivity, which unite our brands,” explained Santo Ficili, CEO of Maserati.
“This collaboration represents an authentic expression of the identities of Giorgetti and Maserati, two brands that share deep values and a common vision. It is an example of how one can strengthen one’s DNA through confrontation, research and experimentation. For a brand with 127 years of history, this is a sign of extraordinary vitality and desire to innovate, always maintaining its role as a reference in the sector,” comments Giovanni del Vecchio, CEO of Giorgetti.
The Giorgetti Maserati Edition interior design collection, represents a journey between myth and nature, where Neptune’s Trident, the iconic symbol of Maserati, inspires new Giorgetti design objects. A collection that pays homage to the harmony of the sea and the power of the winds, elements that have always guided the creations of the house of the Trident. Just as several Maserati models draw inspiration from powerful winds, such as the Grecale SUV, the collection immerses itself in the allure of the underwater world, evoking the mystery of mermaids and the dynamism of waves. From the deep sea to the boundless skies, the narrative takes shape through evocative names inspired by legendary aquatic nymphs, creatures of extraordinary beauty and strength.
The special one-off Maserati Giorgetti Edition car is a combination of innovation and refinement, reflecting the Trident’s experimentation and constant research. It is a one-off Grecale Folgore, an expression of the Modenese brand’s 100% electric production, created under the Maserati Fuoriserie personalization program. It celebrates elegance, Italian tradition and passion for details, and is a sublime expression of high tailoring, declined on four wheels.
The SUV’s exterior features a custom body color, while the exclusive interior is designed to pay homage to Giorgetti’s enveloping comfort, “interior home feeling,” with some of the fine fabrics and luxurious leather materials used in the interior design collection.
Jointly designed by the creative teams of Giancarlo Bosio, Giorgetti Creative Director, and Klaus Busse, Head of Design Maserati, the Giorgetti Maserati Edition interior design collection and the Maserati Grecale Giorgetti Edition are distinguished by a unique design inspired by dynamism and movement.
Giorgetti’s interior design collection and the one-off Maserati will be unveiled on April 7 as a world premiere to a select audience of guests at Giorgetti’s Milan showroom on the prestigious Via della Spiga and at Maserati’s showroom in Milan’s elegant Magenta district, respectively, while from April 8 they will be freely visible to all design and car enthusiasts attending Milan Design Week.
