PARIS (FRANCE) (ITALPRESS) – The Jaguar Type 00 was spotted on the streets of Paris for the first time since its reveal in Miami. A number of A-list celebrities were immortalized as they arrived at the most glamorous sites of Paris Fashion Week in the unmistakable and spectacular Jaguar vision concept car.
On Sunday, Barry Keoghan, Irish actor and Saltburn star, headed to The Peninsula in Paris after attending the Valentino fashion show. The star was seen picking up his luggage before making his way through the crowd to his hotel.
The next day, Jamie Dornan, actor, model, and musician, was photographed on his way in the Type 00 to the iconic Hòtel Plaza Athènèe. Jamie greeted the crowd before being escorted inside the hotel to prepare for the Loewe fashion show. In her last appearance during Paris Fashion Week, the Oscar-winning star of Avatar and Avengers: End Game, Zoè Saldaña was seen in the company of her husband, Marco Perego-Saldaña, before showing herself to the public again dressed in an elegant YSL gown.
The Type 00 at Paris Fashion Week did not go unnoticed on social media, with multitudes of people approaching the car to take their own videos and not miss a single detail of the car’s striking design. As the Type 00 drove through the streets of Paris and arrived at prearranged locations in all its elegance, any doubts about its authenticity were soon dispelled. The Type 00 represents a preview of what the Jaguars of the future will be, in which the brand wanted to recover the original “Copy Nothing” conceptual philosophy of its founder, Sir William Lyons. In December 2024, the Type 00 made its first-ever appearance at Miami Art Week.
Ultramarine blue, the inspiration for the Type 00’s French Ultramarine color scheme, has always been associated with French arts and culture since the Renaissance era, when it was highly prized for its originality, rarity, and prestige.
To arrive at the definition of a new French Ultramarine finish, Jaguar’s team of metariality designers for prepared the Type 00 for its appearance in Paris by collaborating with paint specialists. Using an exclusive Jaguar pigment with the addition of a metallic component, the color shows a satin finish that perfectly adorns the unique and untamed shape of the Type 00. Paris will also be home to Jaguar’s new luxury store in the Golden Triangle, the heart of the luxury fashion district in the 8th arrondissement.
