KIEV (UKRAINE) (ITALPRESS) – Moscow’s listed conditions for a ceasefire “complicate and delay” negotiations. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky through a message on Telegram.
“The world can see how Russia sets conditions that only complicate and delay everything,” Zelensky wrote, adding that Russia “wants the war to continue” while Ukraine is “ready for a truce.”
