ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The President of the Defence Commission of the Chamber of Deputies, Nino Minardo, met this morning Prefect Bruno Frattasi, Director of the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN), at the Agency’s headquarters. “ Cybersecurity is today an indispensable dimension of national defence,” said Minardo, “ACN plays a strategic and irreplaceable role in protecting digital infrastructure and preventing cyber threats. This is why it is essential to continue to strengthen its operational capabilities and institutional synergies, making it increasingly a reference point for the security of the country system.”.
During the visit, President Minardo was able to deepen the activities of the ACN and visit the CSIRT Italia (Computer Security Incident Response Team), the structure that coordinates the national response to cyber accidents and provides technical support to institutions, public bodies and strategic subjects for the security of the country.
