During the assembly for the 80 years of Federmanager, the senator and group leader of Forza Italia Maurizio Gasparri, interviewed, expressed a strong appreciation for the work of the association of category and for the contents exposed by President Valter Quercioli in his introductory relationship.
Gasparri, intervened as representative of the institutions, stressed how he felt part of the audience more as executive than as politician: “I felt myself present as executive,” he said, “because those who lead complex organizations, such as political movements or parliamentary groups, play an executive role in all respects.”.
The senator said he shared “totally” the proposals submitted by Quercioli, which he defined “rich of competence, passion and content”. Among the points he has mentioned, are the valorisation of the figure of managers, proposals on tax and social security and the distinction between pension and assistance, as well as energy and innovation.

In the words of the senator, the organization represents a model of “laboricity, seriousness and meritocracy”, values which — he said — should also guide politics and the management of public affairs.
