CUNEO (ITALPRESS) – The Company of Cuneo, collaborated in the executive phase by staff of the Investment Nucleus of the Operational Department and the Employees of the Provincial Command of Cuneo, of the N.A.S. of Alessandria and of the N.I.L. of Cuneo, at the conclusion of the investigation conventionally called “Per hand”, has implemented 17 personal protective measures: 2 in prison, 4 under house arrest, 11 prohibitions of approach and communication with offended persons, issued on 14 October by the G.I.P. of the Court of Cuneo, at the request of the local Prosecutor of the Republic, at the expense of as many subjects, variously held responsible for the crimes of abuse against persons entrusted to them, personal injury, kidnapping of person and private violence.
The survey, launched in December 2024, has allowed the aforementioned measures to be taken by several subjects, directors and employees of the Cooperative Society “PER MANO”, based in Cuneo, held responsible for the crimes previously committed against 18 people, with very serious forms of autism, guests at a receptive structure managed by a private cooperative society. The G.I.P. of the Court of Cuneo, moreover, has arranged the preventive seizure of the structure, of the attached business goods, of the relative instrumental goods and of the current accounts. Persons under arrest were associated with the Casa Circondariale in Turin.
