AMSTERDAM (OLANDA) (ITALPRESS) – With the aim of confirming the centrality of the customer and developing the full potential of the Stellantis range, with immediate effect the following new appointments have been made within the organization Enlarged Europe, European Brands & Pro One, which reports to Emanuele Cappellano.
Maurizio Zuares is appointed Head of Commercial Operations Enlarged Europe, replacing Luca Napolitano. Roberta Zerbi is appointed Head of Brand Lancia to replace Luca Napolitano. Marco BO is confirmed as Head of Customer Services, reporting directly to Emanuele Cappellano and functionally to Alison Jones (Global Responsible for Parts & Services and Circular Economy). Luca Napolitano is appointed Head of Stellantis & You – Sales & Services, reporting to Jean-Philippe Learning, replacing Roberta Zerbi. Simonetta Cerruti is appointed Commercial Manager of Maserati, reporting to Santo Ficili as part of Maserati Operations, replacing Maurizio Zuares. Erica Ferraioli is appointed Head of Alfa Romeo & Lancia Brands, reporting to Maurizio Zuares in the Commercial Operations area, replacing Simonetta Cerruti.
