France recalls its victims of the 2015 Isis attacks

PARIGI (FRANCIA) (ITALPRESS) – The 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks took place on 13 November 2015. One minute of silence was observed by all present in front of the Stade de France, before the execution of the Marsigliese, at the end of the commemorative ceremony. Among the present were the head of the state, Emmanuel Macron. The ceremony immediately paid tribute to Manuel Dias, killed outside the same stage where three suicide bombers triggered their explosive belts.

“That night, Saint-Denis held his breath,” said the mayor, Mathieu Hanotin. “Manuel Dias is the first name of a horribly long list,” he continued. “On November 13, 2015 it was yesterday – the mayor said – and ten years later, France still cries its dead, but remains strong. Fear did not prevail.” On 13 November 2015, France was struck by a series of terrorist attacks by Islamist matrix, led by an armed commando linked to Isis. The attacks were carried out by at least ten people among men and women, responsible for three explosions near the stadium and six shootings in various public places of the French capital, including the most bloody occurred at the Bataclan theatre, where 90 people were killed. The victims were in total 130 while 413 wounded.
