TORINO (ITALPRESS) – The state police officers have performed a precautionary detention order in prison against a 24-year-old of Moroccan origin, known on Tik Tok under the pseudonym “Don Alì”, held responsible for persecutory acts. For the same offence, the obligation to submit to the judicial police against a 24-year-old and 27-year-old Turinese second generation, his accomplices.
The investigations of the Mobile Team, coordinated by the Prosecutor of Turin, began at the end of October, when the three young people had given a real ambush to the professor of a school in the Barriera Milan district of Turin, standing outside the school where he works and where, in that fringe, he went to withdraw his daughter at the end of the school time. The three would have encircled and threatened the man, under the eyes of the daughter of only three and a half years, offending the teacher’s reputation, accused of mistreating his pupil, indicated as their nephew. The episode continued even when a colleague of the victim arrived, in order to recover the man’s daughter, hidden between the legs. Despite this, the three young people would pursue and continue to intimidate the professor, hitting him also with some slaps to the nape. One of the young inquisitors resumed the attack and subsequently the video, was published on the Instagram page of Don Alì with captions containing insults and calunnious phrase against the teacher.
At the beginning of November, “Don Alì” had also published some clips of an interview released to the famous “Le Iene” broadcast where, speaking of the story, he stated the need to “punish” those who rape children and then renewed the threats to the professor, saying “and if next time abuse a child, it will end much worse!”. The attack had given the victim a certificate of anxiety, which led to changes in everyday life and family habits. The subsequent investigations carried out by the Mobile Team of the Turin Police Department, in addition to revealing the unfoundedness of what is attributed by the investigators to the professor, have allowed to reconstruct – through the vision of the videos, of the social posts, as well as the collection of the testimonies of the people involved – the harassed and threatening dynamics posed by the group, evidence that led the Turin Prosecutor to advance request of cautionary custody then accepted by the GIP.
The judge in the measure, in motivating the topicality of the danger of the main investigation, has remarked that the same has been identified, always following the investigations of the Turin mobile team, as author of the aggression suffered by a troupe of the TV broadcast of Rete 4 “Right and Rovescio” last November 11 in Turin, when he would have repeatedly hit with a clouded bat sent the windscreen. The precautionary measure was carried out at the end of prolonged research of the 24-year-old, which in the meantime had become unavailable. The young man was identified in the cellars of a palace in the Barriera district of Milan. After a short walk he was blocked and accompanied in Questura.
