Mercedes-Benz GLC celebrates 100,000 units sold in Italy

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – With the launch of GLK, in 2008, Mercedes-Benz enters the mid-size SUV segment, with an evident stylistic appeal to Mercedes GL, the current GLS, reinterpreted in ‘Kompakt’ key. In 2015 he left the witness to the first generation of GLC, which three years later extended the family to the Coupè version. A success story that brought GLC to the top of the global sales charts of the Stella. A result that is confirmed also in Italy, where GLC has just conquered its 100 thousandth customer and in the YTD 2025, with 11.505 sold units, is the leader of its segment, both in the private channel and in the business one and the most sought after within the Stella range. To celebrate this important milestone, until 31 December, you can buy GLC with an extremely advantageous TAN of 3,90% and 10,000 euros of customer advantage on all Plug-In Hybrid engines.

GLC offers today the choice of engines, diesel and gasoline, wider than the segment. A range of engines, entirely hybridized, with system powers starting from 186 horses and pushing up to 680 with Mercedes-AMG versions. An offer that also includes plug-in solutions that, in the case of the Diesel version, represent a unicum in the automotive market, with full electric autonomy that touch the 130 km of travel. Also available in the Coupè version, the range has recently expanded with the arrival of 100% electric motorization, protagonist of the last of the Monaco Motor Show.
