ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Dacia launches the new super versatile Hybrid-G 150 4×4 engine. Available on Duster and Bigster, this 4×4 bifuel petrol-GPL hybrid engine combines performance, versatility and energy efficiency. The new motorization is available for the Expression version of Duster from 28,500 euros. It is also available on Bigster from 29,900 euros on the Expression level. The deliveries of the first orders are scheduled from March 2026.
The 0,84 kWh 48V lithium-ion battery, combined with the electric motor connected to the rear wheels, allows you to face different phases of driving in 100% electric mode. In urban environment, Duster and Bigster Hybrid-G 150 4×4 can circulate up to 60% of the time in 100% electric mode. Duster Hybrid-G 150 4×4 and Bigster Hybrid-G 150 4×4 boast consumption and CO2 emissions. From 7.3 l/100 km (GPL) and 6 l/100 km (benzina) to Duster, with CO2 emissions from 117 g/km (GPL) and 135 g/km (benzina). Bigster, on the other hand, offers 7.2 l/100 km (GPL) and 5.9 l/100 km (benzina), with CO2 emissions from 117 g/km (GPL) and 134 g/km (benzina). This motorization is combined with an automatic transmission: with double friction at 6 ratios with controls at the wheel for the thermal motor and 2 ratios for the electric motor, all disconnectable. This two-fuel 4×4 hybrid engine, unique on the market, saves you with the GPL: TCO reduced by 30% and lower CO2 emissions (- 20 grams compared to the current 4×4 mechanical offer). With two 50 litre tanks for gasoline and 50 litres for the GPL, the range can reach up to 1,500 km (in the WLTP cycle, for Duster) without having to remake the full.
With the Hybrid-G 150 4×4, Duster maintains its off-road features, while offering more efficiency and ease of use. Unpublished for the segment, the combination of the two-speed gearbox with the rear electric motor allows to convey to the wheels a remarkable low speed torque in the first gear while, at high speed, the electric motor works at reduced speed, thus guaranteeing the optimal traction of the reartrain up to 140 km/h. The mad mode (friction disengagement) completely eliminates friction losses on the road for consumption contained in the 2-wheel drive mode.
Dacia renews the range of motorizations available on Duster to offer more power, more driving pleasure and less CO2 emissions, always at low prices. The Hybrid 155 engine replaces Hybrid 140. Already present in the Bigster range, this motorization consists of a 4 cylinder engine of 109 cv, two electric motors (one of 50 cv and a starter / high voltage generator), a 1.4 kWh battery (230 V) and an electric automatic transmission. With regenerative braking and automatic transmission performance, the Hybrid 155 engine offers the possibility to circulate in the city up to 80% of the time in 100% electric mode. Duster Hybrid 155 has combined consumption from only 4.6 l/100 km, down 8% compared to Hybrid 140, and CO2 emissions from 105 g/km (-7 g/km compared to Hybrid 140).
This motorization, available from the Expression stage level, is for sale from 26.650 euros. The first deliveries are scheduled for December 2025. The Mild Hybrid 140 engine replaces the Mild Hybrid 130. With the Mild Hybrid 140 motorization, Duster has a combined consumption of 5.4 l/100 km and CO2 emissions from 122 g/km, a decrease of 10% compared to equivalent thermal engines.
This motorization is available from 23.150 euros. The first deliveries are scheduled for December 2025.
The Eco-G 120 replaces the Eco-G 100. Duster offers a more powerful GPL offer (+20 cv) to meet the expectations of customers looking for greater versatility for this optimized TCO engine. Powered by GPL, the Duster Eco-G 120 engine emits an average of 10% CO2 less than the equivalent petrol engines. It offers up to 1.380 km of autonomy thanks to the two tanks: 50 litres for gasoline and 50 litres for the GPL (installed under the boot floor which, in this way, keeps the load volume unchanged). With the Eco-G 120 motorization, Duster has a combined consumption of 7.5 l/100 km (GPL), and CO2 emissions from 121 g/km, with a slight decrease compared to the Eco-G 100 version. Duster is available in order with this motorization, always from €19.990. The first deliveries are scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. The Eco-G 120 auto motorization, which combines the advantages of the GPL with automatic transmission, will be available at a later time.
Duster, always available from 19.900 euros in the Eco-G 120 Essential version, now offers a range of 4 engines, all complying with EU6e bis regulations, including Hybrid-G 150 4×4 Auto. The novelties under the hood go hand in hand with product updates. In the Journey version, new combinations are now available (exclusives and coverings) and lumbar adjustment for the driver’s seat; in the Extreme version, new black alloy wheels are added. Hybrid motorizations now include the Adaptive Cruise Control series in the Journey version and in option in the Extreme version.
