New Compass has generous proportions with 4.55 meters long and optimized aerodynamics. The exterior is designed for functionality: Key elements such as cameras and radar are now positioned higher to reduce the risk of damage during off-road driving, while the new functional front improves protection and efficiency. A new dedicated AWD fitting and rear hanger further underline the adventurous spirit and readiness for every terrain.
New Compass also benefits from a new suspension calibration, developed for the best balance between handling and comfort. It guarantees 200 mm height from the ground, allowing to face irregular soils without compromising road stability; vertical acceleration was reduced by 15% and roll by 20%, for more stable driving. The steering wheel has also been perfected to provide precision and fluidity, intelligently adapting to different driving situations.
This technical evolution is accompanied by improved sound insulation, thanks to materials such as the new rear glass, now more often than 11%. This creates a calm and refined interior environment, ideal for long trips or urban travel in total comfort. The result is a vehicle that offers a dynamic balance, combining agility and serenity typical of premium SUVs. Moreover, the 4xe version will take a further step forward in terms of performance thanks to the new rear electric motor developed exclusively for Jeep Compass, able to deliver 132 kW (375 CV), and up to 3100 Nm to the wheels, guaranteeing an exceptional traction.
Inside, the cabin has been redesigned for more versatility and refinement. Space is generous: the rear passengers enjoy 20 mm more for the legs and the trunk reaches up to 550 liters (+45 liters compared to before). The front storage capacity reaches 34 liters, offering more space for everyday objects. The internal architecture favours functionality and ease of use, with intuitive controls such as the rotary switch, the electronic parking brake and the selector Selec-Terrain in rubber, easily reachable even on rough terrain. the New Compass offers one of the most complete and advanced electrified ranges of the segment, giving each driver the freedom to choose their ideal balance between performance, efficiency and driving pleasure.
The current range includes the efficient 145 CV e-Hybrid FWD and a range of up to 970 km, as well as the 213 CV Full Electric FWD and up to 500 km of autonomy. With a new generation that represents a real leap forward in terms of comfort and capacity, Jeep once again establishes the point of reference in the C-SUV segment, demonstrating how engineering evolution and design can live perfectly with the authentic and inimitable spirit of brand adventure.
