MILAN (ITALPRESS) – The Milan Prosecutor has asked for a year and 8 months in prison for the influencer Chiara Ferragni, as part of the investigation for aggravated scam that sees it charged. The story concerns the sponsorships of the “Pandoro Balocco Pink Christmas” in 2022 and the “Easter eggs Chiara Ferragni” in 2021 and 2022. According to PM, the influencer would have deceived followers and consumers with beneficial operations from which it would have taken “unjust profit” estimated in 2 million and 225 thousand euros.
In addition to Chiara Ferragni, under trial there are her former right arm Fabio Maria Damato and the patron of Dolci Preziosi, Francesco Cannillo: for them the Procura asked for sentences equal to 1 year and 8 months and 1 year in prison.
