PARIGI (FRANCIA) (ITALPRESS) – The Court of Cassation of Paris rejected the claim lodged by former French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, on the case called Bygmalion and concerning some false invoices issued during the presidential elections in 2012. The newspaper Le Figaro reports it.
Sarkozy had been sentenced to a year in prison, of which 6 months to be served without parole. By the judgment of the Court of Cassation, the sentence has become definitive.
