ROMA (ITALPRESS) – It has been a year since Intesa Sanpaolo, Foundation 1563 for the Art and Culture of the Compagnia di San Paolo and Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo have acquired the industrial branches of the Publishing Company Allemandi, “together with the desire to relaunch one of the most important and recognized brands of the cultural publishing of our Country, strongly rooted in the Turin and Piedmontese territory”, reads in a note.
The economic results approved by the Board of Directors under the chairmanship of Michele Coppola in the session of 4 December are largely higher than expected: the revenues previewed for 2025 are on a value pairs to beyond 5,5 million euros, with a net increase greater than two million euros, pairs to +80% regarding the pre-acquisition budget and +30% regarding the plan approved from the current Board in December of 2024. A powerful growth deriving from the revenues both of the book area (+105%) and of the Giornale dell’Arte (+36%) that allows Allemandi to reach the status of medium publisher (invoiced between 5 and 15 million euros). The forecast of profits for the 2025 is pairs approximately 400 thousand euros, with an absolute increase pairs almost 300 thousand euros regarding the budget preacquisition (+110%) and 120 thousand euros (+30%) regarding the plan approved by the current Board in December of 2024.

According to Luigi Cerutti, CEO of Allemandi, “the entry into the company, immediately after the change of ownership, of the book manager Pietro Della Lucia and the director of the Giornale dell’Arte Luca Zuccala, has assured an innovative impetus that has enhanced the heritage of the publishing house. The work done and the significant results achieved are an important stimulus to do even better during the next year. To this end we are already working on the Industrial Plan that will provide other services and editorial products to offer to the market”.
In addition to the increase in revenues and profits, among the numerous initiatives started in the course of 2025 the catalog and the management of the bookshop of the exhibition “Tesori dei Faraoni” hosted at the Scuderie del Quirinale in Rome from 24 October to 3 May and inaugurated with the participation of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, and the photo book of Ray Giubilo published in occasion of the ATP Finals of Turin. “The conclusion of the first year of the new course is an opportunity to thank the members of the Board of Directors and all the members for their constant and valuable support. Our goal remains to consolidate Allemandi as a national leader and a leading European player in art and culture,” says Michele Coppola.
