An agreement of great international prestige for the two structures of the San Rossore Group that reach, thanks to the agreement with FITP, a further and significant milestone in the field of sports medicine. “We just finished the two most successful months of the history of Italian tennis, which never before was so central in the life of Italians” Angelo Binaghi’s statement during the conference. FITP President also noted how Italian tennis is at the centre of world attention: “federations and international media study us to understand how a world tennis ash has made to become the strongest nation in the world and the answers are numerous and go from the development of youth tournaments to the birth of a dedicated TV channel up to the technical sector with two world-class captains and the ability to bind to our technical staff the best scientific and sports and medical excellence of Italy”.

For this reason, Binaghi, concluding, specified that “the agreement with San Rossore goes in this direction: is an excellence of the sector and located a few kilometers away from the Olympic preparation center of Tirrenia, not to mention that Tuscany boasts the best management class of tennis and a great production of champions such as Lorenzo Musetti, Jasmine Paolini and Martina Trevisan”.

Andrea Madonna, Chairman and CEO of the San Rossore Group stressed that “the two structures will be available to Fitp to ensure personalized medical and rehabilitation assistance to all its members, starting from athletes identified by the federation between those of national interest and ranked in the top 100 of the Atp rankings and top 150 in the Wta female ranking and the International Padel Federation, but also those of national interest between the positions 100 and 300 of the Atp rankings and the International Padel Federation.”.

For these reasons, the common goal of FITP, San Rossore Sport Village and the Casa di Cura San Rossore is to work together with a shared program of prevention, diagnosis and therapy of sports accidents in tennis and padel, disciplines that in the last period have seen a remarkable increase both in terms of sports performance, thanks to the results of the great world champions of the moment, and in terms of involvement of an increasingly wide audience.
