MILAN (ITALPRESS) – Hyundai enriches the range of its SUV Tucson with the arrival of the Plug-in Hybrid version of the Model Year 2026. For more than twenty years, the reference point in the C-SUV segment and the testimony of Brand’s ability to constantly innovate in terms of design, technology and efficiency, Tucson also confirms with this evolution his vocation to offer a unique balance between versatility, value and equipment, once again raising the standards of the category.
The introduction of the new version Plug-in Hybrid marks a further, important progress in the evolution of the Tucson range, bringing on the road an even more powerful and perfectly in line with the needs of modern mobility. Based on the 1.6 T-GDI engine combined with an electric motor and 6-speed automatic transmission, the system now reaches 288 CVs, ensuring brilliant performance and immediate response. The evolution of the powertrain allows you to take advantage of the electric guide in the daily routes, leaving the thermal engine the task of guaranteeing extended autonomy and safety even in the long routes. The ability to choose between front or integral traction makes the Plug-in Hybrid configuration even more versatile and ready to face any scenario.
Coherently with the Model Year 2026 setting, the introduction of the Plug-in Hybrid version does not involve changes to the structure of the range, which remains articulated in the Business, Exellence and N Line installations for this motorization, confirmed in their joint and built to offer a high level of comfort, safety and customization.
At the base of the TucsoN Plug-in Hybrid proposal is the business setting, starting from 46,450 euros, which stands out for an ideal balance between technology, comfort and value, which can only be combined with the front traction. Developed by thinking about the needs of companies and professionals, but also suitable for family needs, it includes a rich standard equipment including Blind Spot Collision Avoidance Assist (B.C.A.), autonomous emergency braking with vehicle recognition, pedestrians and cycles and with function junction (F.C.A. 1.5), alloy wheels from 18′′′, Cluster SuperVision with high definition screen from 12.3′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′′.
At the top of the list – starting from 48.950 euros – Exellence is available both with front and integral traction, with 19” light alloy wheels, Full LED Wide Projection front matrix headlights, Full LED rear headlights, electric rear hanger, front seats and heated steering wheel, Remote Seat Folding, Head-Up Display and Krell Premium Sound System with 8 channels with subwoofer and amplifier.
Tucson N Line, alongside the Exellence from 48.950 euros, offers an alternative with a style that squeezes the eye on sports. The equipment in this case includes 19′′′ alloy wheels with dedicated design, sports bumpers and wheelbarrow in body color. Inside, contrasting red seams, as well as the electrically adjustable N Line sports seats, covered in leather/fabric blend with dedicated design and metal-coated pedalboard. The N Line is also available in combination with both configurations, 2WD and 4WD.
