ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The collaboration between banks and law enforcement forces is a fundamental pillar for prevention and safety on the territory. In 2024, bank robberies decreased by 36.3% compared to the previous year.
In decrease also episodes against fuel distributors (-28.6%), pharmacies (-19.9%) and post offices (- 6.6%). Established the kidnappings committed in public (-0.1%), which confirm the most frequent, representing 57.6% of the total. These are the main results of the new edition of the Intersectoral Report on Predatory Crime that takes into account the robberies carried out in 2024 by comparing the different sectors exposed to the phenomenon.
