One of the main obstacles, according to research, is the sharing of the aims of impact with enterprises in the supply chain of the same Benefit Companies, which are increasingly involved in the path of impact to promote the effectiveness of the strategies adopted. He completed the session of the interventions Giovanna Gregori (AIDAF), presenting the activities of the Association on the topic of sustainability, including the new corporate governance code for unquoted family businesses. The day ended with a round table attended by two companies Benefit (AVM SB and Ferrarelle SB) and two companies that are also B Corp (Redo SGR and GARC Holding SB). The table was moderated by Prof. Paolo Gubitta of the University of Padua, an expert in corporate organization, as well as a study on sustainability issues and Benefit companies.
