ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The State Police, with the commitment of the investigators of the Mobile Teams present throughout the national territory, coordinated by the Operational Central Service, has concluded a vast national operation with a high investigative impact aimed at the contrast of the spread of drugs. The activity has allowed to identify 95,164 people suspected, of whom 16,701 foreigners and 10,848 minors, especially in areas of spaccio or so-called “mode”, on a thousand of which are under evaluation any administrative measures of prevention; arrest 384 subjects, of which 166 foreigners and 6 minors, and investigate them in a state of freedom 655, of which 256 foreigners and 39 minors, especially for crimes against the person and the heritage as well as for dealing with drugs and illegal port of arms; seize kg 35 of cocaine, 1.370 of cannabinoids and 1 of heroin.
To seize 41 firearms and 80 white weapons as well as more than 300,000 euros in cash, considered to be the result of the shooting activity; raise 565 administrative sanctions of different kinds, most of which for use of drugs and illegal administration of alcoholic beverages; identify different social profiles on which content verifications are underway, apparently attributable to the criminal phenomena in question, for the eventual reporting to the competent judicial authorities for the purposes of obscurity. Targeted controls were also carried out on the sale of cannabis products in so-called cannabis shops. Specific controls have allowed 5 cannabis shops to seize in 3 different cities; arrest 3 subjects and denounce them in a state of freedom 141, holders or managers of cannabis shop; check 312 cannabis shop; seize 296 kg of cannabinoid results, from the first analysis, have the characteristics of narcotics.
