TORINO (ITALPRESS) – Jeep opens the doors of its showrooms throughout Italy on Saturday weekends 17 and Sunday 18 and again Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 to present to the public the New Compass and respond to the growing interest of Italian drivers towards the brand’s SUV range, which has just archived a particularly positive 2025 from the commercial profile.
Jeep Avenger once again pulled the results, which confirmed the best-selling SUV in Italy and the third best-selling model considering each segment and every type of power, a result that helped strengthen the position of the brand in the top ten of the domestic market.
In this context of strong momentum, attention now focuses on the New Compass, the third generation of a model that represents a true milestone in the recent history of Jeep, with over 2.5 million units sold globally. Designed, designed and built in Italy on the new generation STLA Medium platform, the New Compass aims to consolidate the brand’s role in the competitive C-SUV segment, combining iconic design, advanced technologies and high versatility of use.
The model has been designed to excel in every context, from urban and motorway driving to everyday movements to outdoor experiences, thanks to a balance between style, interior space and functionality, made possible by a particularly efficient packaging.
Central in the strategy remains the principle of the “Freedom of Choice”, which translates into an extremely wide range of engines: It starts from the e-Hybrid version of 145 horses and the 225 hp plug-in hybrid to reach the completely electric variants, able to develop up to 375 hp, equipped with integral traction and with a declared autonomy that reaches 650 km.
A proposal that allows customers to choose the technology best suited to their needs, without sacrificing the typical features of an authentic Jeep SUV. The overall efficiency has been further improved thanks to an accurate work on the aerodynamics, with a resistance coefficient of 0.29, which contributes to reducing consumption and emissions without penalizing inhabitability and load capacity. From the technical point of view, Nuova Compass confirms and strengthens the qualities that have made the brand famous even outside the asphalt, with a floor height of more than 200 mm, optimized angles of attack and output and a guado capacity of up to 480 mm, supported by Selec-Terrain systems, 360 degree protection and sensors strategically positioned to increase safety and performance on the most demanding terrain, while maintaining a reference category.
The orders are already open and the New Compass is proposed with an offer that starts from 249 euros per month, making more accessible a model that aims to be one of the protagonists of the market in the coming years. To support the launch comes also a new campaign of communication, on air from 11 January and signed by the agency BETC, which celebrates the authenticity of the DNA Jeep with irony and references to the pop culture on the notes of “The Great Pretender” by Freddie Mercury, counterposing the concreteness of the New Compass to SUV that flaunt only apparent off-road capabilities, synthesized in the claim “The only original”.
Next to the new arrival, Jeep Avenger continues to shine in the showrooms, proposed in 100% electric, e-Hybrid, gasoline and 4xe versions, as well as special editions such as The North Face Edition, which strengthen its exploratory vocation and stylistic identity, confirming Jeep as one of the most absolute and dynamic protagonists of the Italian SUV market.
