ROME (ITALPRESS) – A new space made by young people for young people is born. Hubrains presents “Rebel Voices,” the podcast that gives new voice to the radio of the new generations, an innovative project that brings debate, culture and ideas directly into the headphones and smartphones of those who want to listen, reflect and be inspired.
Despite the provocative name, young podcasters talk to peers about music, nature, culture, philosophy. Hubrains is a nonprofit that began as a virtual community, nurtured with various initiatives during the pandemic; now it also aims to reactivate places and spaces for young people, those that Giustiniano La Vecchia, the founder, calls Creative Nomads and for which he has built a team of adults, professionals, who put their time and experience at the service of young people. All this is done by generating relationships with companies looking for talent, which they often do not find, or with companies developing Corporate Social Responsibility projects, with a special focus on the younger generation.
Mentoring and training the young people of the newly formed editorial staff in this new “radio” reality is Gianni Gaude, an experienced professional in the field of diction and dubbing, among others. In an ever-changing world, traditional radio is being transformed: podcasts are the future of audio communication, a free and accessible format for delving into current affairs, music, the environment, work, philosophy and more.
“With Voci Ribelli,” says Giustiniano La Vecchia, “we want to create an authentic space where young people, experts and creatives can confront each other and build together a new narrative of the present and tomorrow. The series was also created thanks to the support of Fondazione Cariplo and O&DS, the first partners in an initiative that aims to promote fresh and innovative communication, capable of speaking directly to the protagonists of change.
