ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Banca Ifis has chosen to sign a framework agreement with the Research Centre for Sustainability, Ethics and Inclusion (CSEI), followed by an executive agreement aimed at enhancing the impact and resonance of the project “Al Bar Sport”, thus supporting a structured initiative of the Third Mission of the Department of Juridical and Economic Sciences (DSGEI University).
The project was created with the aim of promoting financial education and the culture of sustainability, ethics and inclusion in sports and sport, enhancing its role as a catalyst for social change and prevention of new vulnerabilities.
The project is scientific responsibility of Francesca Bertelli, researcher of Private Law at Unitelma Sapienza and member of the CSEI Management Committee. “Al Bar Sport” was started in November 2024 by Bertelli along with the Delegate of the Rector for Sport, Eleonora Jacovitti, and sees the involvement of some members of the Scientific Committee of the CSEI Centre.
The Convention between UnitelmaSapienza and Banca Ifis recognises the strategic value of this design and provides a four-year collaboration, articulated in the production of dissemination content, in the organization of events, seminars and training paths, as well as in the development of financial education modules in the university, pre-university and sports. With this initiative, Banca Ifis confirms its attention to ESG themes and its commitment to sport as a leverage of inclusion and social responsibility, choosing to support a project with a high impact, capable of combining research, teaching and service to society. At the same time, the Department of Juridical and Economic Sciences and the CSEI Research Centre strengthen its role as a social innovation hub, in line with the University’s mission to generate shared value for the community.
