Present as witnesses were the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, Dr. Ugo Zampetti, and the Military Adviser to the President of the Republic, General Gianni Candotti. The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, and the Undersecretary of State for the Presidency of the Council, Alfredo Mantovano, were also present.” This is what the Quirinal announced in a note.
