TURIN (ITALPRESS) – Alfa Romeo Tonale has won the prestigious “The Best Design 2025” award in Chile. Recently presented in South American countries and more than two years after its international launch, the Tonale continues to find appreciation for its distinctive design with a strong “Made in Italy” connotation.The award’s evaluation criteria focus on innovation and originality of the project and reward the relationship between pure aesthetics and functionality. This year, the jury was composed of three experts in design and architecture: Ignacio Gana, an internationally renowned architect and sculptor; Vìctor Villalobos, an architect specializing in bioclimatic architecture; and Germàn Espinoza, an industrial designer trained at the Milan Polytechnic.The jury awarded the Alfa Romeo Tonale for its ability to blend tradition and modernity, reinterpreting and updating those canons of style that belong to the memorable history of the Italian brand. Moreover, its design also prevailed for its balanced proportions, aerodynamic functionality and aesthetic elegance.The Tonale, a product of the mastery of the Alfa Romeo Style Center in Turin, with its elegant and dynamic lines, has become a symbol of style and refinement. This award is a further testament to Alfa Romeo’s success in creating cars that excite with their class-leading driving experience and their unique and distinctive design.
