PARIS (FRANCE) (ITALPRESS) – Alpine unveils its new A110 R Ultime limited series at the Paris Motor Show under the banner of sportiness. The A110 R Ultime limited series, which complements the A390_ß showcar heralding the brand’s future sporty fastback, Alpenglow HY6 and A290, draws the best from Alpine’s engineering and bespoke experience from the Atelier program. A110 R Ultime, boasts a maximum torque of 420 Nm, allowing it to reach maximum power at an engine speed of 6,000 rpm. This performance is possible thanks to an engine boosted to 345 hp (powered by RON102), or 192 hp/Liter, which allows it to maintain a power-to-weight ratio of 3.2 kg/hp. Equipped with a Launch Control function for automatic start, this 110-unit limited series sports car sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds.The limited Ultime series combines the best of Alpine and Alpine Racing’s technical car skills, with a modified turbo (turbine and compressor), new DW6 transmission with improved torque capacity, Akrapovic titanium exhaust, adjustable Ohlins dampers, a specific braking system with 330 mm AP Racing bi-material discs, combined with higher-performance brake pads and new cooling intakes. Added to all this is the work done by Alpine’s aerodynamics experts to increase the vehicle’s aerodynamic load (+160 kg of load at high speed compared to the A110 R Turini version), which, with the increase in power and torque, improves the Alpine A110 R Ultime’s track behavior, making it ultra-performant and increasingly agile at corner entry and cornering speeds and in recovery. Equipped with forged 18″ wheels at the front and 19″ wheels at the rear, with Michelin PS2 CUP tires, they allow the new Alpine A110 R Ultime to make the most of its power making it a true road-legal racing car.The exclusivity of this model is also found in its design, with a specific customization catalog at two levels: Atelier and Atelier Sur-Mesure. Thanks to the prestigious collaboration with Sabelt and Poltrona Frau, Atelier Alpine’s customization offerings for this limited series feature unprecedented variety, with new possibilities for harmonious interior and exterior combinations. In the first level of Atelier customizations, 27 body tints and Alcantara upholstery are offered in four colors-Gray, Red, Blue and Orange-allowing you to choose the ambience that most reflects your style. With detail customization, you can personalize the entire interior including the stitching on the steering wheel, dashboard, door trim, center console and floor mats, and the 12 o’clock indicator on the steering wheel. Alpine’s A110 R Ultime also offers, as an option, a dedicated customization catalog and the Sur-Mesure (bespoke) program designed to meet the needs of its customers.Atelier Sur-Mesure was born out of the joint work between Alpine’s design team, Poltrona Frau and Sabelt, with the possibility of choosing from 9 colors of Alcantar® or, alternatively, from 10 leather upholstery colors. For customers seeking an extra touch of elegance, Alpine and Poltrona Frau® have developed three different techniques: embroidery, embossing and woven leather. The ultimate goal is to allow each customer to create his or her own exclusive A110! The level of customization of the car also extends to the exterior by allowing the customer to choose colors to personalize different body elements such as carbon hood, upper air intakes, rear window, spoiler and various aerodynamic appendages. The example on the Alpine stand at the Paris Motor Show features an exclusive configuration called La Blu, available in only 15 examples. The exterior hue, is the result between the fusion of the two iconic Alpine hues: Alpine Vision Blue and Abyss Blue. A handcrafted customization that expresses the full potential of the Atelier Sur Mesure Alpine. The shades present on La Blu, cover the entire surface of the car, up to the interior in exclusive blue leather by Poltrona Frau and Sabelt, in perfect harmony with this color never seen before on A110. The price of this configuration is 330,000 euros including VAT.
