MILAN (ITALPRESS) – Amplifon has signed a new sustainability-linked loan in the amount of €75 million with Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A.In addition to the previous five sustainability-linked loans, this loan – with a five-year term and amortizing – is part of the ongoing integration of ESG factors into the Amplifon Group’s operational and financial strategy. The achievement of specific indicators of the Company’s Sustainability Plan will activate a margin adjustment mechanism applied to the loan.
