ROME (ITALPRESS) – Marco Squassina is the new president of Assosistema Confindustria who will serve until 2028.He was elected by the members’ meeting. Together with him, Andrea Confalonieri (Hotelservice), Claudio Galbiati (3M), Andrea Gozzi (Servizi Italia), Marco Marchetti (Padana Emmedue), Emiliano Nardi (Sogesi), Maurizio Ferraguti (Ferraguti Group), Enea Righi (Servizi Ospedalieri), Alberto Scarafiotti (LIM) and Sandro Recalcati (Lavanderia Lombarda Industriale) were named as the presidential team. Squassina succeeds Egidio Paoletti, who led the association in the previous four-year term. “With a view to continuity and with the contribution of the vice presidents,I will try in my mandate to best represent the instances of all the sections that make up Assosistema Confindustria in the various institutional activities and to strengthen the association’s role as guarantor of market fairness,” Squassina said in his inaugural address. “The challenge ahead is that of digital and technological transition in addition to the need to make our sector attractive to labor supply. Also fundamental is the respect and application of the Ccnl and the strengthening of the value chain with suppliers.
