BERGAMO (ITALPRESS) – Reassembled with final thriller for the Atalanta, which beats 4-1 Borussia Dortmund and overturns 2-0 immediately in Germany, thus accessing the eighth finals of the Champions League. It was decided, after the initial 3-0 atalantino followed by the goal of the sub-enter Adeyemi who was going to postpone the outcome of the meeting to the extras. It takes five minutes to the Atalanta to unlock the result, with the escape on the left of Bernasconi and the low cross that, deviated by Bensebaini, favours the tap-in of Scamacca. Attack immediately offensive for the men of Palladino, who at the 24′ go close to the second goal with Zalewski that mancino engages Kobel in dive. The Borussia Dortmund answers half an hour, with Brandt freeing himself in the area and kicking himself by finding the parade of Carnesecchi. The Atalanta continues to create a game and at the 45′ mark the draw: it is still a detour of Bensebaini to mock Kobel on the shooting from the Zappacosta limit that goes on the net and cancels the 2-0 of the go.
In second half the Dortmund tries to recover the advantage, from the right the shot of Beier hits the pole and the ball is then deviated from Brandt. Danger for the Atalanta, which at 54′ puts the arrow of the overtaking with Pasalic, fished from the cross of De Roon and precise in the 3-0 hit. Kovac tries to give an offensive shock to his, inserting among others Adeyemi, that at 75′ is free to prepare the left around on which Carnesecchi can nothing. Everything comes back in parity and in the final seems to prevail the balance but the key episode comes to recovery expired: Krstovic is struck in full face by Bensebaini’s intervention, rigor and expulsion by the amount of admonition granted by the referee Sanchez after Var control. Samardžic’s handcuff is decisive, which is worth 4-1 and access to the eighth finals for the goddess.
