Australia, attack on Bondi Beach: found a flag of Isis in the vehicle of the two terrorists

SYDNEY (AUSTRALIA) (ITALPRESS) – The Australian police found an Isis flag in the vehicle of the two terrorists who yesterday shot against members of the Jewish community who had gathered to celebrate the Hannukah feast in Bondi Beach, in Sidney.

According to the Australian issuer ABC, the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (Asio) conducted an investigation six years ago on Naveed Akram because of its “strict ties” with an Isis terrorist cell in Sydney.

One of the terrorists, Sajid Akram, 50 years old, was killed, while his son, Naveed Akram, 24 years old, was admitted to a seriously wounded hospital. 15 people were killed in the attack, over 50 wounded. The Israeli National Security Council issued an update for Israeli citizens abroad, recommending “strongly” to avoid unprotected mass events such as synagogues, Chabad centers or Hanukkah parties.

Several countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Iran, Qatar, Lebanon and the Palestinian National Authority, have condemned the attack.
