Autonomy, Zangrillo “Improve the law by seizing suggestions given.”

NAPLES (ITALPRESS) – “Our commitment today, also and above all on the basis of the ruling of the Constitutional Court, is to rethink the project of differentiated autonomy taking into account all the observations that the Constitutional Court has made and never declining from the goal, which is to have a territory, a country, that is managed in a virtuous way compared to previous conditions.” This was said by the Minister of Public Administration, Paolo Zangrillo, speaking to reporters on the sidelines of his visit to Caivano on the occasion of the renewal of the Council of Girls and Children installed last March 20 as part of the municipality’s redevelopment program. “It’s clear that our effort,” Zangrillo adds, “must be to be able to take all the suggestions, all the stresses that have been made to us by the Constitutional Court to improve this law. The ruling of the Constitutional Court is a ruling that does not change the path we had in mind after the same Constitutional Court ruled in recent months asking us to make changes to the initial project. “I think,” the minister explains, “that our project of differentiated autonomy is a project that has the purpose of not exacerbating the differences that exist in the various parts of the country. Differentiated autonomy means giving the possibility, to those regions that feel like it, to be able to manage certain delegations. This is only possible if this solution is an improvement over the past.”
