Autumn in the Dolomites. Tyrol offers nature, excursions and wellness

BOLZANO (ITALPRESS) – With the arrival of autumn, the Dolomites become an ideal destination for those seeking nature, tranquility and well-being. In San Candido, a charming place in the heart of Alta Pusteria, the 4-star Hotel Il Tyrol offers for the autumn season two formulas dedicated to those who want to live the mountain between excursions, wellness and attention to sustainability. Located at 1,175 metres above sea level, in the territory of the 3 Dolomites peaks, the property offers a stay oriented to the combination of hospitality, wellness and activities in nature. Whether it’s a holiday of sport, wellness or simply a desire to slow down and breathe pure mountain air, Tyrol’s proposals are able to satisfy every need: panoramic trekking, cycling, guided walks and moments dedicated to wellness alternate with experiences of total relaxation, accompanied by exclusive services included in the packages. The proposals are available from 6 September to 4 October 2026, with a minimum stay of seven nights. The first, “Montagna Autunno”, offers seven nights of overnight stay with an additional day included and aims to combine outdoor activities and relaxation. The offer includes buffet breakfast and half board treatment, with themed dinners during the week. Guests can also take part in the San Candido Active guided tour program, which is designed in collaboration with the local holiday company, to discover the territory and the landscapes of the Tre Cime Dolomiti. At the centre of the living room there is also wellness. The package includes access to the hotel’s Dolomites Spa, with pool, hot tub, four sauna cabins and a large relaxation area. There is also a wellness bag with bathrobe, slippers and sauna towels. The South Tyrol Guest Pass, which allows you to use trains and buses to travel to South Tyrol, as well as parking, available in the open air or in the garage. Next to “Montagna Autunno”, in the same period is available the formula “Autumn without car”, designed for those who choose to reach San Candido without car and want to move on the territory using the public transport network. The initiative thus enhances a more sustainable holiday mode, leaving space already during the trip to the possibility of relaxing and enjoying the landscape. For those who choose “Passione Dolomiti” are provided, among the services included, the transfer from the railway station of San Candido on arrival and departure and the South Tyrol Guest Pass, usable without limits on the public transport of South Tyrol. The pass is also available in digital format and can be sent in advance, so you can already use it on arrival. The two proposals interpret differently the same idea of autumn holidays: on the one hand, a complete experience between gastronomy, excursions and wellness; on the other, the possibility to discover San Candido and the Dolomites by giving up the car and favouring public mobility.
