VENICE (ITALPRESS) – The State Police of Venice, at the conclusion of investigations coordinated by the Prosecutor of the lagoon Republic, has carried out the precautionary measure of the prohibition of approach, with application of electronic bracelet, arranged by the Venetian Court against a subject, a 33-year-old Italian nationality, held responsible for mistreatment against family and cohabitants and personal injury, both aggravated.
The investigations, conducted by investigators of the Mobile Team of the Questura of Venice and the Commissioner of P.S. of Mestre, have allowed to collect serious evidence regarding the investigation, suspected, among other things, of having violently struck the companion, at the height of the umpteenth family quarrel, in the within of a sentimental relationship constellated by repeated physical violence and repeated psychological violence. The investigative activities, with the immediate coordination of the Prosecutor of the Republic, were initiated following the complaint made by the victim, who reported that the man, during the last violent quarrel, would have beaten her and then would have fled with their younger children, dissimulating every trace.
In relation to this scenario, immediate carpet research has been started, supported by the use of localization and surveillance systems, in order to reconstruct the movements of man and find the children subtracted. For the geolocation activities of the fugitive, lasted almost 24 hours, the investigators of the Mobile Team and the Commissariat of Mestre have built a wide, articulated system of information exchange with all the specialized structures of the State Police – Railway Police, Road Police and other Mobile Teams of the territory – an essential result to identify the refuge of the man, then localized, with the decisive support from the Mobile Team of Bergamo, in a small center of the berga. The children, found in good condition, at the disposal of the Prosecutor of the Republic of Venice have been re-affidated to the mother. It is stated that the criminal proceedings are not concluded and that the guilty party must be ascertained by irrevocable judgment.
