Between Sassuolo and Parma, the Emilian derby ends 1-1

REGGIO EMILIA (ITALPRESS) – The Emilian derby between Sassuolo and Parma ends in parity. A 1-1 matured at the end of a lively game, in which both teams played open face hunting full boot to make an important step in the standings: the blackouts for, in fact, arm the salvation, and the ducals to detach the hot zone and give continuity to the victory against the Florentine. Bigo must deal with the last minute forfait of Volpato, which does not even go on the bench; to complete the trident, therefore, with Laurientè and Pinamonti, there is Fadera. Among the owners also Doig and Lipani, favourites in Candé and Koné. In Parma, given the unavailability of Benedyczak influence, Cuesta opts for a 3-5-2 with Oristanio and Valeri external midfield and the Pellegrino-Ondrejka pair in attack. After a short phase of study, the game is lit with a confused action of Parma that ends with a shot of Pellegrino walled by Muharemovic. The hosts respond to the 12′ with an action insisted on the right, with the Walukiewicz cross tread and Thorstvedt’s perfect turn in advance on Valenti to beat Corvi.

The reaction of the Cuesta team is not expected and, after an initiative by Laurienté whose shooting is blocked on the ground by Corvi, translates into the net of the tie at 24′. The blackouts lose ball out on the shore of Pinamonti, Pellegrino takes ball and from the outside unfolds the square on which Muric cannot arrive. The Sassuolo striker could redeem himself at 38′, but in reparation he is well recovered from the host defense. The game is also sparkling at the beginning of the shoot, with the Muric parade on the diagonal of Pellegrino and the pole hit right by Doig. The meeting is quite confused, thanks to the good will of the two teams that, however, in some fringenti lack lucidity. It enters the last twenty minutes and Muric is protagonist on two occasions rejecting Almqvist’s attempts, first closing it in one against one (but Feliciani points out that, in case of different outcome of the action, he would have whistled a foul of the ducal striker for a contrast with Doig) and then rejecting the head attempt on Estevez’s cross. This is the final goal of the game, which projects the two teams in the week: On Tuesday, Sassuolo will challenge Juventus again at home, while Parma, Wednesday, will host Inter.
