Board of directors of Pro Loco Italia ets foundation installed in Rome

ROME (ITALPRESS) – The new Board of Directors of the Pro Loco Italia ETS Foundation, chaired by President Antonino La Spina, took office in Rome. During the meeting, two vice presidents were elected, Pietro Segalini, former UNPLI Lombardy president, and Monica Viola, former president of the Federazione Trentina Pro Loco. Thanks to the widespread presence of Pro Loco throughout Italy, the Pro Loco Italia ETS Foundation is committed to the protection of material and intangible heritage, protecting dialects, ancient crafts and folk traditions so that they are not lost, but become valuable resources for new generations. These goals and issues were reiterated during the council meeting, a useful moment to outline the strategic lines of the Foundation’s next four-year term. The goal is to continue to pursue tangible projects capable of improving the quality of life in local communities, with special attention to safeguarding the tangible and intangible heritage of our country. “The installation of the board was an opportunity to plan the strategies to be pursued in the next four years,” commented the President of the Pro Loco Italia ETS Foundation Antonino La Spina. “We have created a cohesive, competent and passionate working group, which I am sure will be able to build concrete projects of value for local communities and the territory. The enthusiasm and commitment of all of us will be the engine to realize significant initiatives, capable of promoting the traditions, villages and intangible heritage of Italy, always with an eye toward the future and the new generations. I am confident that, together, we will do great things. “I am extremely honored and grateful for the trust placed in me. This is a recognition that does not only concern my person, but all the Pro Loco of Lombardy that every day are committed with passion and dedication in the enhancement of our immense cultural, historical and natural heritage -said ETS Italy Pro Loco Foundation Vice President Pietro Segalini-. I am convinced that through dialogue and collaboration with other regions, we can work together to promote sustainable tourism, culture and tradition, supporting the local realities that are the beating heart of our communities. I hope that my contribution can create new opportunities for growth and development for the Pro Loco, so that they can continue to play their fundamental role of territorial presidium and cultural animation. Special thanks go to all the people who have supported me and, of course, to all the Pro Loco of Lombardy, whose volunteer spirit and commitment are the driving force behind this great association.””I bring to the Foundation the experience of years as a pro loco volunteer and as president of a reality such as Trentino, which has volunteerism in its DNA, as the birthplace of the first pro loco in Italy,” said Monica Viola, the Vice President of the Pro Loco Italia ETS Foundation. “I think that the strength of this now-renewed body lies precisely in having within it energies that come from all regions: this allows us to unite skills, reach capillarly throughout the territory, and make our unique heritage known to a wide audience. The members of the Board of Directors of the Pro Loco Italia ETS Foundation are: Antonino La Spina – President; Pietro Segalini – Vice President; Monica Viola – Vice President; Ignazio Di Giovanna – Board Secretary; Filippo Capellupo – Board Member; Marco Cavallini – Board Member; Pierfranco De Marco – Board Member;Giuseppe Larango – Board Member; Rocco Laucello – Board Member; Marina Paglione – Board Member; Danilo Rivoira – Board Member; Luca Sebastiani – Board Member; Daniela Segale – Board Member.- photo press office Fondazione Pro Loco Italia ETS -(ITALPRESS).
