Bob Broderdorf is Jeep’s new global ceo

ROME (ITALPRESS) – Bob Broderdorf is the new Global CEO of Jeep. Broderdorf, who previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Jeep Brand for North America, has more than 25 years of experience leading iconic American brands, including Ram and Dodge. He has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability through strong dealer relationships, cutting-edge marketing and strategic go-to-market planning. Broderdorf succeeds the previous CEO of the Jeep brand, Antonio Filosa, who will continue to oversee the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands in his position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Stellantis for the U.S. regions. “We are thrilled to appoint Bob to lead the legendary Jeep brand forward at this transformational time,” said Antonio Filosa. “Having had the pleasure of working closely with him over the years, I could not be more confident in Bob’s leadership. Since November 2024 alone, Bob has increased the Jeep brand’s market share by 16 percent and reduced the stock by more than 30 percent in the United States. The growth plan Bob has established for North America has laid a solid foundation for launch in 2025, and I look forward to continuing to work alongside him to introduce more Jeep SUVs globally than ever before. “Broderdorf will lead a new management team for the Jeep brand, merging North America and global operations into a single group that manages sales, operaions, products, communications and marketing. This includes the appointment of Mike Koval to the role of senior vice president and head of sales operations for the brand. Most recently, Koval was senior vice president of Mopar in North America and previously served as CEO of Ram, where he oversaw years of sales success and market share growth. “I am honored to assume the role of CEO of the Jeep brand to build on the strong foundation established by Antonio and the team,” said Bob Broderdorf. “Leading a brand with such a rich history is both a privilege and a responsibility. This year we will strengthen the brand with a strategic investment of more than $3 billion across the company to rebuild trust with our dealers and introduce new products that will resonate with our customers. I look forward to working closely with our talented team to drive the evolution of the Jeep brand.”
