LONDRA (UKREGNO) (ITALPRESS) – Eurostar has confirmed the presence of “grave discomfort” for those who must cross the Channel tunnel and invited passengers “to postpone the journey”.
In addition, all Eurostar services scheduled for today from and to London St Pancras have been deleted. According to the British broadcaster Sky News, the cause of inconvenience lies in a problem with power supply in the Channel tunnel, which added the subsequent failure of a train. Many people are contacting Eurostar on social media to know if they can travel to New Year’s Eve.
Eurostar has stated that it does not provide for the problem to last until tomorrow. “At the moment we do not expect any consequence for tomorrow”, said the company responding to a customer on X.
