NAPLES (ITALPRESS) – Having escaped arrest two years ago, he was discovered at his released brother’s party and ended up in handcuffs. It happened in the Naples area, where carabinieri arrested a 35-year-old Serbian citizen.
It is Oct. 17, 2023, and the Bologna Prosecutor’s Office’s Criminal Enforcement Office issues a prison order against Valentino Radosavljvic, 35, an ethnic Roma man. The man is to serve five years in prison for several residential burglaries committed between Bologna and Modena. Since then, no trace of the 35-year-old has been found.
The man disappears from law enforcement’s radar, but carabinieri from the operations section of the Giuliano company do not stop looking for him. However, from the various investigations, a clue emerges that carabinieri decide to investigate further.
The 35-year-old’s brother has just been released from prison, and the whole family has organized a party for him to celebrate his newfound freedom. The location is a small villa in Casandrino, on Monsignor Pasquale di Pasquale Street. What better occasion to celebrate the happy event all together.
It is nighttime and the carabinieri cordon off the cottage. Music and cheerful voices provide the soundtrack as the soldiers burst into the structure. At the cry of “Carabinieri!” the 35-year-old man attempts to escape. He tries to use a ladder leaning against the back wall of the cottage, but the perimeter is controlled by the military, which locks the man in the garden. The absconding thus ended and the wanted man was taken to Poggioreale prison.
