Christmas bonus, Montanaro “Little vision and poor operational capacity”

ROME (ITALPRESS) – “The modification and enlargement of the number of possible beneficiaries of the so-called ‘Christmas Bonus’, decided by the MEF, has little vision, little operational capacity and will create numerous problems. In fact, this situation poses not a few difficulties for Labor Consultants who had in fact already mobilized in making available what was necessary for the disbursement of the Christmas Bonus, in light of the original normative indication.” Thus, the president of the National Association of Labor Consultants, Dario Montanaro. “As a union that represents and protects the interests of our members,” he continued, “we are forced to mobilize to publicize a situation, which is untenable for our category, which on a daily basis is confronted, now more than ever, with multiple regulatory uncertainties, which then translate into obstacles for our work and which in fact prevent us from carrying it out seriously and correctly. “With specific reference to the ‘Christmas bonusè, given the uncertainty still of the beneficiaries, and given the upcoming fulfillment that awaits us, we suggest to the MEF to review the procedure for the release of the bonus itself and and to provide that it is the workers themselves who achieve the benefit through the 730 form, as opposed to what is currently provided, namely that it is the worker who applies for it, through the employer and, consequently, the labor consultant,” he concludes.
