ROMA (ITALPRESS) – After the necessary technical insights, the Minister of Labour and Social Policies, Marina Calderone, and the Minister for Civil Protection, Nello Musumeci, have defined and sent for the government investigation the supplementary amendment to the Decree-Law for the benefit of those affected by the landslide of Niscemi and Ciclone Harry in Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia.
“The objective of the intervention – the two ministers explain – is to ensure rapidity and effectiveness in the provision of economic support measures, funded by public resources, for people affected by the calamitous events. The amendment also prevents the creation of differentiated regional disciplines on a matter of state competence, thus ensuring uniformity and equal treatment between the territories and citizens involved.”.
