ROMA (ITALPRESS) – The Consip Cda has approved the new industrial plan 2026-2029, which strengthens and accelerates the repositioning of Consip as a national purchasing power plant. The four strategic levers were confirmed and identified 40 work sites that increase 100% the previous work plan. The challenge is to enable Consip to double by 2030 the annual intermediate expenditure on digital contracts and markets, from 1/6 to 1/3 of the 185 billion public reference expenditure. The main objectives of the four years of the new plan are: volume of purchases of goods, services and works greater than 165 billion, for more than 3,8 million contracts, to be made available to 14.000 PA and 350.000 enterprises (95% pmi); more targeted competitions and batches with focus on the quality of public expenditure, innovation and new areas of commodity presidio with a +23% races in publication in 2026 and at least 70% of the bands with innovative criteria.
Growth of the “supply fee” for all purchase needs with a +59% tender in 2026 with the doubling of the number of lots to promote market participation and inclusion of small and medium enterprises; increasingly digital markets with new product offerings, new services and new solutions with a +33% of new Sdapa bands, simplified processes for micro-reliances (public expenditure of about 5 billion), user orientation and integration of AI agents. “Four years of plan to enable Consip to double, by 2030, annual intermediate expenditure on digital contracts and markets, from 1/6 to 1/3 of the 185 billion public reference expenditure.
