TESERO (ITALPRESS) – The 25th medal for Italy at the Winter Games in Milan-Cortina is coming. The signature is that of the couple composed by Elia Barp and Federico Pellegrino, who conquer the bronze in the male sprint team of Tesero.
The blue tandem closes to 3′′′′′′′′ from Norway of the phenomenon Johannes Hoesflot Klaebo (5 holes out of 5, 10 throughout his career) and Einard Hedegart, silver goes to the Americans Ben Ogden and Gus Schumacher. For Barp and Pellegrino it is the second medal in this edition after the bronze in the male bracket.
On a personal level the 35-year-old policeman of Aosta, at his last Olimpiade, climbs to 4 considering the two silver in the sprint obtained in Pyeongchang 2018 (in classical technique) and Beijing 2022 (in free technique).

Sweden wins the women’s sprint team at the Winter Games in Milan-Cortina. Jonna Sundling and Maja Dahlqvist closed in 20’29′′′9, preceding 1′′4 Switzerland, silver, and 5′′′9 Germany, drinking Norway. On the other hand, the blue tandem formed by Caterina Ganz and Iris De Martin Pinter, 40′′′9 from Sweden, closes to the eighth place.
